Shipping and Delivery Policy
Where we deliver: We currently deliver to addresses in India only.
Production time
Printing starts after you approve your design and payment is received. Production usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on quantity and finishing.
Shipping charges and delivery time
Shipping is free on all orders within India. After dispatch, delivery to major metro cities usually takes 2 to 3 working days, and delivery to other locations usually takes 3 to 8 days.
Courier and tracking
We dispatch with a trusted courier partner. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
Collecting from our studio
Studio pickup at Adarsha Auto Nagar, Tadepalligudem is available for offline orders only, during working hours. We will tell you the pickup time by email or phone.
Printed samples
Samples are available on request. We handle sample requests offline, so please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 99121 31213).
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the items. We cannot accept damage claims after that. See our Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, festival periods and weather can affect them.
