Ordering and Payment
How ordering works
You can order on this website, or chat with us on WhatsApp for help and custom requests. Orders made over WhatsApp are set up for you by our team, and you pay through a secure link or on the website.
Payment
Full payment is taken online when you order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by our payment partner. We do not collect or store your card details. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Order confirmation
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We send a confirmation to the email address and mobile number on your account.
Design changes
We do not offer free corrections after you order. Changes requested after ordering are billed on a separate invoice and are not refundable. See our Terms and Conditions.
Invoices and GST
Prices on this website do not include GST. GST is added at the applicable rate at checkout, and we email you a GST invoice for your order.
