Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy
Every order is custom-printed to your specifications, so we do not accept returns or refunds once printing has begun.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of making payment. A cancellation charge applies: ₹300 or 3% of the order value, whichever is higher. We deduct this from your refund. After 2 hours, orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp (+91 99121 31213) as soon as possible.
Changes after ordering
Design changes are billed on a separate invoice. Payments for design changes are not refundable.
Damaged or defective orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the problem. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will reprint or replace the affected items. If a reprint or replacement is not possible, we will refund the affected items.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. If a payment fails but money is deducted, the payment partner usually returns it to your account within 7 days. Contact us if it does not arrive.
