This website is operated by Rudhra Printex (a proprietorship of Rupesh Manikyam Kothapalli) under the brand Kothapalli Cards. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You need an account to place an order, with your name, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the details you give us.
Products and designs
Colours, paper and finish may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Printed samples are available on request and are handled offline. Contact us on WhatsApp (+91 99121 31213).
Prices and minimum order
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and shown per card. Prices do not include GST. GST is added at the applicable rate at checkout. The minimum order is 100 cards per design. Bulk pricing applies automatically in your cart: 5% off from 100 cards, 10% off from 200 cards and 20% off from 500 cards.
Orders and payment
Orders are paid in full online at checkout through our payment partner. We do not offer cash on delivery. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. Orders agreed over WhatsApp are set up for you by our team and paid the same way.
Design approval and changes
We send your design for approval before printing. We do not offer free corrections after you place your order. Changes requested after ordering are billed on a separate invoice and must be paid before we proceed. These payments are not refundable.

Our designs and your content
Our designs remain our property. You confirm that any text, names or images you give us can be used for your order.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
